Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top sales talent, preferably with experience recruiting within the United States. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be critical in identifying, sourcing, and hiring exceptional candidates for sales roles across various levels and industries.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific sales recruitment needs of the organization.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment to ensure the organization attracts top talent.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress and pipeline status.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sales roles (experience in the U.S. market preferred).
  • Knowledge of recruiting platforms and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and regulations related to recruiting.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience recruiting sales talent for U.S.-based companies.
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment or recruiting for diverse sales roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Pay Range

USD $15,400.00 - USD $15,400.00 /Yr.
