Overview

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring both entry-level and experienced sales talent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while developing essential recruiting skills to advance your career. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a network of talent contacts to source qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants.
  • Actively hunt and passively recruit talent for PLS at college networking events.
  • Track and document recruiting efforts in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in new hire orientation and manage onboarding paperwork.
  • Review applications to assess work history, education, and job skills.
  • Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews within the organization.
  • Utilize all available recruiting and sourcing platforms to engage candidates.
  • Provide potential applicants with company information and job opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfort in a growth- and goal-oriented environment.
  • Sense of urgency and bias for action.
  • Strong verbal communication and professional presentation skills.
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.
