Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Executive Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment of top-tier sales talent, including experienced sales professionals, sales leaders, and executives. This role requires a strong ability to source, engage, and hire high-performing candidates while working closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: 

  • Identify and engage top sales professionals and leaders through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and executive search strategies. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber sales talent for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases, and networking events to attract passive candidates. 

Candidate Assessment & Hiring Process: 

  • Conduct deep-dive interviews to assess sales expertise, leadership capabilities, and revenue potential. 
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing. 
  • Provide strategic hiring insights based on market trends, compensation data, and competitive intelligence. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

Experience: 

  • 3+ years in executive recruitment, sales recruiting, or talent acquisition, focusing on high-level sales professionals. 
  • Proven success in hiring quota-carrying sales professionals, sales managers, and executive sales leaders. 
  • Experience in headhunting, retained search, or high-volume sales recruiting preferred. 

Skills & Expertise: 

  • Strong direct sourcing and executive search skills with expertise in passive candidate engagement. 
  • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics, sales cycles, and revenue-driven hiring. 
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills in competitive hiring markets. 
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
