Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding. This role involves coordinating all aspects of recruiting, reporting duties, scheduling interviews and managing communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
    • Communicate effectively with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to align on recruiting needs and strategies.
    • Manage candidate correspondence and follow-up.
  • Recruiting Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other related documents.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Onboarding Support:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and reference checks.
    • Assist with new hire orientation and initial training sessions.
  • Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and video conferences.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure availability and preparedness.
    • Provide candidates with all necessary information and support throughout the interview process.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. (iCims preferably)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
