Responsibilities: 

• General Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products/services. This involves providing support in creating marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing marketing data. 

• Recruitment Marketing Assistance: Support the development and implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent. This includes assisting in creating job postings, employer branding content, and recruitment events. 

• Reputation Management Support: Collaborate with the team to monitor our company's reputation across online and offline channels. Assist in responding to reviews, addressing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance our brand image and credibility. 

• Internal Branding Assistance: Provide support for internal branding initiatives aimed at fostering a strong company culture and employee engagement. This may involve assisting in organizing internal events, creating internal communication materials, and ensuring brand consistency across internal channels. 

• External Branding Assistance: Assist in maintaining and enhancing our external brand presence across various platforms. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support the development of branding assets, manage advertising campaigns, and ensure brand alignment in external communications. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment  

• Microsoft 365 knowledge with a focus on Excel & Word 

• Knowledge of Zoom Info & Salesforce a plus 

• “Roll up your sleeves” attitude.
