Job Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver daily reporting for brokerage managers across all offices.
- Coordinate and organize scheduling and setup for new hire training sessions.
- Provide support in call monitoring for all brokerage offices.
- Assist with travel arrangements for brokerage sales representatives.
- Contribute to various projects as required, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong experience in data analysis and report generation.
- Proven experience in coordinating and facilitating training sessions.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
