Overview

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage and deliver daily reporting for brokerage managers across all offices.
  • Coordinate and organize scheduling and setup for new hire training sessions.
  • Provide support in call monitoring for all brokerage offices.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for brokerage sales representatives.
  • Contribute to various projects as required, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong experience in data analysis and report generation.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and facilitating training sessions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
