Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers via phone, macro-point, text and email to get updates on the
load status and to ensure it is picked up/delivered on time.
• Confirm arrivals, picks, location check calls, deliveries in PLSpro within each client’s
timeliness requirements.
• Issue ComCheck to drivers (when necessary)
• Monitor the TNT email inbox and respond within 15 minutes.
• Notify appropriate parties of any issues via email, Teams, or phone.
• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

Qualifications

• PC proficient (Microsoft Office), communication and organizational skills
• Strong English communication skills, including both email and phone
• Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
• Problem-solving skills – ability to identify the root cause of the issue
• Ability to multi-task
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Conflict resolution
• Analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service
