Overview

The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and closing sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  • Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Present and demonstrate product/service offerings effectively.
  • Close sales and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a cold-calling environment.
  • Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business development and B2B sales.
